FindALeader provides experienced training and staffing support to volunteer search committees to assure that all the details that are part of their hiring plan are well managed.
The primary niche we serve is for those organizations who do not have the resources to retain a search firm and want to do their own search, but do not have sufficient time availability or experience to process a full recruitment process. We have staffed numerous searches leading to successful placement of CEOs and Executive Directors.
